Description

The ‘Individual course with coaching’ is the ideal solution if you are an individual entrepreneur looking to upskill yourself on corporate innovation using ‘The Corporate Startup’. This is a hands-on self-thought and self-paced program where you are going to learn everything from how to create an Innovation Thesis on how to run a business experiment.

Enrolling in this program it’s going to also give you the ability to have two 1h coaching calls with either Dan or Esther. The coaching calls are there to meet you where you are. You will be in full control of the calls so make sure you prepare your questions in advance. The calls can be booked at any time after enrollment, but we would encourage you to book one call before you dive into the first module and one after you finished the last module of the course.

  • Module 3: Business Model Portfolio. Learn about the importance of a business model portfolio, the difference between business model portfolio and product portfolio, different frameworks for mapping your company portfolio. Map your company’s portfolio using one of our templates.
  • Module 4: Innovation Framework. Learn about the importance of a framework and how to create one for your company. 
  • Module 5: Innovation Accounting. Learn about the principles of an innovation accounting system and the importance for your ecosystem. 
  • Module 6: Getting Management Buy-in. Learn how to map a project’s stakeholders and the importance of doing that in the context of innovation management. 
  • Module 7: Testing idea. Learn how to prioritize assumptions and how to run business experiments. 
  • Module 8: Putting it all together. Understand the mechanics of an innovation ecosystem.
